Finance the Brown Grizzly Project #3 in house with 2,600 USD down and a monthly payment of 200.35 USD per month for 24 months. No credit checks, or early pre-payment penalties.
Featuring two steady flowing creeks, a mostly dry creek bed, old workings and excellent gold on the 20.00 acre Brown Grizzly Project #4 placer claim.
Located in the well documented coarse gold bearing Lincoln Gulch drainage the claim had great 2WD access and many dispersed camping sites close by.
There is a significant amount of pay dirt. USGS reports estimate approximately 20' of depth for pay gravels.
The host rock in this area is gravel from the Holocene epoch 11,784 years ago to present. The Southern Rocky Mountains physiographic province of the the Rock Mountain system characterize the geomorphology of the surrounding area.
This area would be good for dredging. Due to beaver dams there are many backed up pools and eddies across the claim capable of floating a medium sized dredge.
Additionally, there are numerous bank cuts that have exposed river gravels, making an excellent place to start gold panning and running a sluice.
Water levels are excellent year round.
On the South East corner of the claim there is a mostly dry gulch that leads into the main river channel. In this gulch you can visibly see the old workings from the early 1900's. This area would be an excellent spot to begin metal detecting at the alluvial fan of the gulch and up into the gulch.
The claim was worked before 1906, and the production was recorded at 20-80 OZ Au/Year.
Located only 15 minutes from the Northern Colorado border!
2WD accessible claim approximately 5 miles from Fox Park, Wyoming. The roads are well maintained and easily capable of pulling the largest fifth wheel or low clearance 2WD vehicle. Hop out of the car and be metal detecting or panning in about 10 seconds.
Camping is permitted for up to 14 days at a time. There are too many dispersed campsites in the general area to list.
Located between Fox Park Wyoming and Albany Wyoming the claim sits between the Platt River & Rob Roy Reservoir located in the Medicine Bow National Forest. The area is home to beautiful scenery, many mountain streams, and lush valleys. Additionally, the road system for both ATV/UTV's and regular vehicles is fanatastic in both amount of trails, total miles, and trail quality. A great place to take a ride with very little traffic. Definitely the best ATV riding area I have seen in my career of the 6 Western States I have worked in. Fishing is also fantastic with small water brook trout being very plentiful.
