Overview
The GGPC 004 unpatented placer mining claim is known for quality gold and silver values, ranging from coarse silver to gold flakes, and fines.
Year round water flow, multiple bench deposits, numerous boulders, diverted dry stream channels, and winding sharp stream beds with deep pools and back eddies. Portions of the stream course are straight and fast flowing.
The best pay layer begins about 4 feet down from the surface and continues to the bedrock contact. The first 4 feet to the top of the may layer only contains microscopic gold in a highly dimmeninated and unconsolidated pay layer.

Dredging
The GGPC 004 Claim is one of the few claims in my inventory that have to constant water flow and stream width necessary to float a larger dredge.
Any volume of dredging with an intake over 3" in size or continuous occupation of the claim for the dredging season will require a Plan Of Operations.
The claim is situated right next to a well developed Forest Service Road that makes access easy with SUV/Truck and with a trailer as well to. Additionally, the creek is just a short distance from the road over very flat ground.
History
Upstream from the GGPC 004 lies numerous hard rock mines that were developed in the late 1800's such as the Blister Horn Tunnel, Little Anna, Anna Dedrika, West Gold Hill, and a host of other hard rock mines.
This hard rock mining zone of mineralization is believed to be the main source of the gold deposition found on GGPC 004, additional gold reefs were also located outside of the main mineralization zone, further depositing additional gold, silver, and lead values on the GGPC 004.
Knowing the source of where the alluvial gold deposits initially originated from is superior information that the creeks below the mineralized vein structures have commercially viable qualities of gold and silver. West Willow Creek is the main creek draining the lode sources and has proven to hold quality mineralization. Further, alluvial testing confirmed the presence of gold and silver.
