Several large but caed adits; one very large open pit that consumed some earlier workings

Deposit

Workings follow E - W and NE shears with felsic dikes and quartz veins in a dark gray granodiorite.  Also nearby is a thin veneer of older sediments.  One of the E - W adits was driven using motorized equipment, but all of the other workings look old and many are surface caved.  The newer adit was driven under the open pit.  Mineralization is gold, although some minor amounts of silver may be related to the unidentified sulfides.
