Overview
The Red Buck Alluvial 001 unpatented placer mining claim is known for extremely high gold & Silver values, ranging from flakes and fine gold. Test pans off the top layer of cobble produced 4-6 gold colors per pan and the occasional larger gold flake.  Additionally, the amount of silver and lead (galena) per pan was very
unique and prevalent.

This claim has been drilled in the fall of 2023 with 1 exploration alluvial drill hole was completed to depth.

Gold drilling results were as low as 11 USD per yard up to 73 USD per yard.  With an average combined gold value of 42 USD per yard.

Depth to bedrock is 9 feet deep.
Please contact me for a complete drill report.
This claim has year round water flow, however the stream itself is quite narrow ranging from 1 to 3 feet in width and approximately 4 to 12 inches in depth.Gold found on this claim is mixed with and iron oxide/ iron sulfide that noticeably changes the gold flakes to a red/gold combination.  The source of the mineralization is presumed to be quite close to this placer claim as there are numerous mineralized vein structures within 1/4 mile upstream of this claim.
The Red Buck area is known for its lode mines dating back to the late 1800's thru the mid 1940's-50's.  These mines produced gold, silver, lead, iron, and small amounts of copper and zinc.
The claim is easily accessible with standard pickup truck or suv vehicle and is less than one mile from the main road between the town of Tincup, Colorado and the Trading Post.  A two inch suction dredge would be ideal for this claim or a small wash plant.  Due to the size of the creek any dredge over a two inch intake size would not be suitable for this claim.
